Real World Technology Feedback

Introduction: Development Company

What's required to register a software or hardware development project looking for real world testers?

  • You must be at least 18 years of age but can live in any country and speak any language; however, currently the AlphaBeta Finder web site and service is produced in English.
  • You need to record in the AlphaBeta Finder service your company and project information so that users we email about your project will be able to determine if they are qualified and interested in providing feedback. The more detail you provide, the more precise the qualifications and interest of your participants will be, reducing your need to further screen and cull them after your AlphaBeta Finder searches. You can store your searches and view the progress of your test projects on the screen. You will see how many email invitations we have sent for you, how many have responded that they want to participate in helping you test, and if they are currently participating in your test. You also see their profile details so that you can check at glance what their skills, software, and machine configurations are. Their profile also tells you if they are participating on other projects or tests for you or if they have previously not responded. You can conduct additional searches to increase or decrease the users you want to test with. At any time, you can purchase the contact information on any matches that have accepted your invitation to begin making test arrangements with them.

  • You are strongly encouraged to provide a suitable compensation or reward for your participants that is in keeping with the skill and time they use to provide you with feedback.
  • You must not use the AlphaBeta Finder to spam, solicit, or sell to your contacts (see Terms of Use for more information).

We do our best to refine and target your matches so that you pay for highly qualified, positive results. Some of our subscriber development companies line up many testers but reduce that number or phase them for the actual testing. This gives you some time to stagger participation and alter the numbers of participants you make arrangements with.

Compared to targeted marketing searches for qualified Alpha and Beta participants our fees are modest, validated every step of the way as willing participants, and within the budget of even the most constrained startup.

Our Value

Our Alpha and Beta profiles are detailed, insightful about technology needs, and relevant. We capture information on backgrounds, skills, industry, machine configurations, and technical savviness. We charge you nothing to do valuable searches to see if our database will produce candidates to meet your needs. You can store and change your searches as your Alpha and Beta phases progress. We check and double check on the willingness and availability of our participants. When you get their names, you know exactly how they are qualified because you see their profile search results; you know they are interested because they have responded affirmatively to our emails on your behalf. And you know they are ready to hear from you because we openly share with both sides, you and them, the profiles about the projects and the users.
